Inspired by reCAPTCHA technology, Human Proved invites visitors to “prove” their humanity through a process of reCAPTCHA in the physical world. Guests are asked to complete a short form featuring some quirky, personal questions—such as “How do you squeeze a toothpaste tube?” or “What’s the last question you asked ChatGPT?” They are then issued a “Human Proved” or “Robot Proved” sticker to wear inside the gallery.
Blurring the line between interaction, performance, and installation, Human Proved transforms a simple check-in into a humorous and intimate social experiment—where the quirks of everyday life become the true proof of humanity.
